Quick delivery for my parcels to my UK address. That said, I thought the costs would be a bit more competitive for sending stuff from Europe to the UK.

I've been hanging on for my order for more than three months now and was hoping to file a claim with Hong Kong Post, but I need the posting certificate. I've sent several emails, but there's been zero response—no communication, no assistance, and the item I ordered is quite pricey and likely gone. This is my first experience with their service, and it’s probably gonna be my last. Customer service? Forget about it; you won't hear back from them.

I've been a customer for over a year, placing nearly a dozen orders. The purchase assistance service I mainly use is fairly priced, and my orders are handled promptly. They prefer payment through PayPal, which makes currency exchange easy and offers secure purchase protection. The shipping options to get my packages sent to the US, whether I choose budget-friendly or express, are also quite reasonable. In my opinion, they truly are the best in the game. This is Gregory J. I've utilized their mail forwarding service a couple of times now, and each time they delivered excellent service: they sent me scans of packages that just came in, and shipped them out the same day or the next after I settled the shipping fee. I’ve tried both the regular postal services and FedEx economy, and every time it showed up in perfect condition, all nicely packaged.

Parcels go missing or aren't delivered. There's no tracking info for many items that seem to vanish, even when proof of lost items is provided. They just keep sending emails back and forth without any real follow-up.

They don’t share their phone number and just argue through email.

Changing your address is a real hassle as well.

Overall, it's pretty unprofessional.

For anyone thinking about using Tiptrans, just a heads up that they do have some fees, but that’s pretty standard since they’re offering this service.

The address provided by the company for the receiver was incorrect. This led to my parcel not being delivered and instead sent back to the Tiptrans warehouse. I had to resend the same package again. Luckily, it went smoothly this time.

UPD: I got a refund for the second shipment. Big thanks for the super quick support!

In the end, the company ended up charging me twice for the identical shipment, which isn’t the right way to handle things, especially considering it was a complete error on their part, not mine.

I haven't received the package I ordered half a year ago. It might be lost, but the company isn't great at keeping in touch and just tells me to 'hang tight.'
